Yazmin Rivera crowned Miss 4th of July

The City of Eagle Pass and Jimenez-Clark Modeling Agency held the annual Miss Fourth of July Beauty Pageant on Wednesday, July 3, 2019, at the Historic Fort Duncan Ruins. 

During the patriotic celebration, Masters of Ceremony Juan R. Cuellar thanked all the participants and welcomed those in attendance.

“We want to wish everyone the best of luck and encourage our youth to continue participating in our local events and programs,” said Cuellar.

Eagle Pass Mayor Ramsey E. Cantu and City Council members were also present during the crowning of the patriotic royal court.

At the end of the celebratory event, Yazmin Rivera was crowned 2019 City of Eagle Pass Miss 4th of July (14-27 years-old).

In the Miss Liberty category (8-13 years-old), Stephanie Huitron was also crowned, Little Miss 4th of July (6-8 years-old) was Adelina Gonzales, and Little Miss Liberty (3-5 years-old) was Kayleen Chuey.

Last year’s winners including Miss 4th of July Shari Cardenas, Little Miss 4th of July Makayla Rodriguez, Miss Liberty Marili Ibarra, and Little Miss Liberty Zoe Zapata were present to assist in the crowing of the new patriotic royal court.
