Sheriff Department reports state that deputies were dispatched to the 3200 block of Yucca Loop in reference to a disturbance in progress.
Upon arriving at the scene, deputies made contact with a female complainant who reported that two known subjects, later identified as Jose Felipe Cásares Jr. and Jorge Alberto Cásares gained unlawful entry to her residence by trying to climb in the house through a damaged window located in the home’s living room.
The complainant stated that both the subjects threw several bricks into the interior of the residence with intentions to cause her bodily injury.
During the incident, the complainant stated that one of the three bricks thrown caused damages to one of the interior walls in her home.
Brothers, Jose Felipe Cásares Jr. and Jorge Alberto Cásares were later placed under arrest and transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
