Eagle Pass Police Department incident reports state that a 76-year-old reported her husband was sending her messages threatening to harm himself.
Eagle Pass Police Department patrolling officers responded to an area in proximity to the 800 block of Avenue C.
Upon arriving at the scene made contact with a male adult who was inside of a white Ford Expedition.
The male adult was found to be highly intoxicated. The officers proceeded to assist the individual with the necessary assistance.
