A United States Border Patrol Agent out on duty was attacked and stung by bees on Friday, June 14, 2019, at around 11:10 am.
The incident occurred in an area in close proximity to the Border Patrol Boat ramp by Bridge No. 1. Eagle Pass Fire Department Emergency Services personnel were summoned to the scene to assist the agent.
No further reports have been made public on the incident but it’s believed the agent suffered multiple bee stings and was treated at the site.
