Lowe’s continues giving back to the community through their donations and involvement.

Recently Lowe’s awarded Benavides Heights Elementary a $5,000 grant from their Toolbox for Education program.

The funds made available to the Eagle Pass Independent School District will be used to beautify and fix the Benavides School stage area. The purpose is to assure that students have a nice and inviting stage area where they can perform, demonstrate their talents, showcase educational projects, and the hosting of other events including award ceremonies.

Lowe’s Small Toolbox for Education grant program is funded by the Lowe’s Charitable and Educational Foundation, which has supported thousands of grassroots community and school projects in the communities where Lowe’s does business.

Lowe's has a proud history of supporting the communities they serve, and they are dedicated to continuing that philanthropy.

Benavides Elementary School Principal Olivia R. Garcia is grateful to the Lowe’s organization and is ecstatic to see the school’s new addition.

On a yearly basis, Lowe’s donates thousands of dollars to communities across the country.

Last year Lowe’s provided much-needed assistance to the Eagle Pass Youth Center. Employees of the company volunteered to work on the youth center building, painting it and working on minor repairs, including fixing restroom stalls and toilets among other things.
