Classes were cancelled due to an outage that was caused by a motor vehicle that crashed into a light pole in an area near Quemado.
The School District did report that classes will resume at their regular scheduled time on Wednesday June, 5, 2019.

The Eagle Pass Independent School District reported that due to a power outage in the Quemado, Tx. area, Kirchner Elementary did not have classes on Tuesday, June 4, 2019.
