The EP Chamber of Commerce host breakfast for most outstanding students

The Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce hosted a Community breakfast on May 22, 2019, in which they presented the five top-ranking students from both C.C. Winn High School and Eagle Pass High School. 

Chamber of Commerce Director Sandra Martinez and administration welcomed all in attendance to congratulate and accompany the graduating students and their families.

The Chamber of Commerce proceeded to present the five top-ranking students from C.C. Winn High School and Eagle Pass High School, respectively, representing each school’s graduating class of 2019.

The top five students for CC Winn High School Class of 2019 includes Valedictorian J. Carlos Rubio Sanchez, who is graduating with a Grade Point Average of 107.75, Salutatorian Katherine Dees with a GPA of 107.7105, Alexya R. Rosas with a GPA of 106.3500, Greg Romero with a GPA of 105.500, and Isaac Raphael Covarrubias with a GPA of 105.4211.

The top five students for Eagle Pass High School include Valedictorian Jacob I. Wright Jr., who accomplished a 111.2791 Grade Point Average, Salutatorian Jose Francesco A. Escobar with a GPA of 111.1304, Sebastian E. Galvan with a GPA of 110.5429, Natalia Cantu with a GPA of 110.0000, Mariana Aguilar with a GPA of 109.9800, Several students from both high schools were then presented with a $1,000 Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce merit scholarship

The Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce and city administration congratulate the graduating classes of 2019.
