During the park unveiling, Eagle Pass Mayor Ramsey E.Cantu and City Council members dedicated the park and signage to the citizens of the community in honor of the city's 170th anniversary.
This is a wonderful time in our City's history to remember our past, and prepare for a brighter future and continue being that shining city on the border. This park will symbolize the continuation of our City's growth,” stated Cantu.
The newly built park is one of many city-wide projects that are currently ongoing and being planned in an effort to beautify and provide a spark to the area.
