The investigating officer spoke with a male complainant who alleged that he had been robbed by unknown actors while walking within the 1600 block of South Veterans Boulevard.

     The complainant alleges that he was struck on the head which caused him to fall and lose consciousness. He also added that upon awaking, the man noticed that his cellular telephone and wallet were no longer in his possession.

     The complainant informed the officer that he was taken to the emergency room by a family member for treatment for the injuries sustained in the incident.

     The case remains under investigation by the Eagle Pass Police Department.

El Departamento de Policía de Eagle Pass informa que el miércoles 2 de mayo de 2018, alrededor de las 3:46 a.m. y el oficial de policía de Eagle Pass respondieron a la sala de emergencias del Centro Médico Regional de Fort Duncan en referencia a un supuesto robo.

El oficial investigador habló con un denunciante varón que alegaba que había sido robado por actores desconocidos mientras caminaba en la cuadra 1600 de South Veterans Boulevard.

El querellante alega que fue golpeado en la cabeza, lo que provocó que se cayera y perdiera el conocimiento. El querellante alega que cuando despertó su teléfono celular y su billetera ya no estaban en su poder.

El demandante informó al oficial que un miembro de la familia lo llevó a la sala de emergencias para tratar las lesiones que sufrió en el incidente.

Este caso sigue siendo investigado por el Departamento de Policía de Eagle Pass.
