The representatives of the chain said that these resources were collected at a recent golf tournament and the B&G Club was selected to be the recipient of the funds.

     The tournament is held in order to provide help to a local organization as charity.

     Mallen informed The News Gram that the funds will be allocated to construct the new Boys and Girls Club building.

     He added that the existing facility has been there for forty years and is need of refurbishing.  The B&G Club has been a place where young people can go to exercise or play sports.

     They are trying to collect $750,000.00 to complete the project and have already managed to collect $30,000.00.

     He is calling out to local businesses to assist him in gathering the necessary funds to one day complete the project.

kind in the nation and is an integral part of H-E-B's annual charitable giving.

• The H-E-B Tournament of Champions was created to provide an opportunity for H-EB's

suppliers to partner with the company to support non-profit organizations

focused on youth and children and education.
