The Maverick County Sheriff Department responded to an emergency call in which a male adult reported an attempted suicide.
The incident is reported to have occurred on Thursday, October 19, when a father called in a welfare concern involving his daughter.
Upon arrival to Calle Vanessa in Loma Bonita,deputies found a female bleeding from a wound from a razorblade on her arm.
Deputies spoke to the father who stated that the young female had cut herself out of anger because he had taken away her cell phone privileges as a form of punishment.
The minor was treated by emergency personnel.

Joven mujer intenta suicidarse

El informe indica que el padre llamó para hacer el reporte.
Al llegar al sector de Loma Bonita específicamente a la calle Vanessa, los agentes encontraron a una mujer sangrando por una herida en el brazo hecha con una cuchilla de afeitar.
Los diputados hablaron con el padre que declaró que la joven mujer había cortado su brazo por enojo porque le había quitado los privilegios de su teléfono celular como una forma de castigo.
La menor fue tratada por personal de emergencia.
