Maverick County Deputies responded to a motor vehicle accident Tuesday morning in which a man crashed into a tree.
Upon arrival, contact was made with the driver of a 2013 maroon Ford F150 who stated he had blacked out due to being diabetic, causing him to drive straight into a tree. The driver requested an ambulance, and was transported to Fort Duncan Regional Medical Center for further treatment.
