Upon arrival, contact was made with Jose Luis Alamillo, Jr, who was found standing next to the vehicle involved. Alamillo displayed signs of intoxication, including slurred speech, an alcoholic odor emitting from his person, and unstable balance. He was taken into custody on public intoxication charges, and in the midst of a pat down was found to be in possession of a clear bag containing a white powdery substance that tested positive for cocaine. Alamillo was transported to the Tom Bowles Detention Center for processing.
