Investigating officers were informed by a female complainant that her husband had taken her vehicle and children without her consent. The the male subject along with the children were located by responding officers within the 1800 block of Quarry Street. A computerized inquiry revealed an active protective order on the 36-year-old man, refraining him from contact with his wife or children.
He was placed under arrest and is currently pending presentation before a magistrate to be formally charged with the violation of a protective order.
