Commerce on May 24. Kiara Y. Balboa and Juan R. Carbajal were awarded the Chamber scholarships and both will begin their RGC careers this fall. Ms. Balboa will study education while Mr. Carbajal plans to earn a business administration degree. Both are from Eagle Pass.
