Officials report that the accident occurred along U.S. Highway 57 South in the Zavala County area.
Zavala County Sheriff’s Department have stated that the driver of the commercial vehicle rig did suffer minor injuries in the rollover accident but was spared serious harm from the accident.
Law enforcement and TXDOT did not have to close down part of the highway as the 18 wheeler ended up on the side of the road away from traffic.
The accident is under investigation by the Texas Department of Public Safety.

Texas Department of Public Safety and Zavala County officials reported that an 18 wheeler tractor trailer truck was involved in a rollover accident during the early morning hours of Monday, May 22nd.
