Center Manager for Kids Are First in Seco Mines Meli Serrano celebrated with the 106 children and their families at the facility with circus themed festivities that included popcorn stands, colorful decorations, and matching t-shirts. The McDonald’s Hamburglar was also present at the preschool to entertain the children.

Schools, businesses, and government facilities across the city celebrated Dia De Los Niños this Friday. Among those celebrating the holiday were the Mexican Consulate, and Kids Are First Head Start centers throughout the community including Rosita Valley and LBJ locations.
