The winning ticket for the 2017 Ford Raptor being raffled off by the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino was drawn Sunday, March 26 in front of a large crowd.
At 7:30 p.m., the ticket was selected and Concepcion Wise of Laredo, Texas claimed her brand new vehicle.
