Irresponsible citizens who dispose of trash, garbage, and dead animals in the abandoned location of Paisano Heights will be finding difficult to continue with their misdeeds. This "colonia" subdivision is not platted and now abandoned; the citizens in the immediate vicinity have complained to Commissioner Roberto Ruiz about the many illegal activities in this section of Precinct 4.
Ruiz explained that upon recommendation to legal counsel the county will announce to the public the intention of closing Paisano Street, leaving enough time to acknowledge the community of the final intention to close indefinitely the street in order to preserve a clean environment and to prevent health problems.
