Staff Reports-

An Eagle Pass Officer responded to the Walmart Store in regards to a reported theft Monday morning. 

The investigating officer spoke with Loss Prevention personnel who had detained a male individual after he had exited the store without making any attempt to pay for $113 worth of merchandise concealed on his person. 

The male subject, identified as 44-year-old Josue Rocha, was arrested and later presented before a magistrate and formally charged with theft. Rocha was remanded to the Tom Bowles Detention Center with an order of no bond.

Un oficial de Eagle Pass respondió a la tienda Walmart en lo que respecta a un reporte de robo 

El oficial investigador habló con el personal de Prevención de Pérdidas que había detenido a un individuo después de haber salido de la tienda sin hacer ningún intento de pagar $113 de mercancía que la traia oculta.  El sujeto masculino, identificado como Josué Rocha, de 44 años, fue arrestado y luego presentado ante un magistrado y acusado formalmente   Rocha fue trasladado al Centro de Detención de Tom Bowles con una orden de no fianza.
