Del Rio—The Ford Customer Service Division of the Ford Motor Company announced that two technicians at Cecil Atkission Ford-Lincoln in Del Rio have achieved Master’s status in Ford’s Advanced Diagnostic and Repair Operations.
Frederiek Toney, President, Ford Customer Service Division stated, “…this commitment fulfills our customers’ expectations that their vehicles are repaired by highly skilled, factory-trained technicians.”
Henry Bustos, an employee for 11 years, received the award for the 2016 Service Medallion. Bustos has also been recognized at the Master level for chassis, engine, and drivetrain diagnostics and repairs.
Receiving the award as Chassis Master, Victor Mendoza has also received the award from Ford. An employee of the dealership for nine years, Mendoza joins Bustos in the honor.
Noting the undeniable importance of service excellence in the dealership, General Manager Victor De Los Reyes joined Service Manager, Tom Gonzalez recognizing the honors, “This is another element among our Cecil Atkission management principles—continuous improvement in all aspects of our service operations,” said De Los Reyes.
