The Eagle Pass Eagles 8u team just returned from a long week of baseball where they participated in the 2016 DFW
USSSA WORLD SERIES in the Dallas, Texas Metroplex Area. This great group of kids closed the week by winning the
championship vs. Academy Select SunDevils – Saylor played on Tuesday July 12, 2016 at the Big League Dreams Ball
Park in Mansfield, Texas. This game was as exciting as a baseball game could ever be and will be a memory this group of
kids will carry with them and remember forever due to the fact that it was a come from behind WALKOFF WIN! Head
Coach Agustin Alvar said, "This was a game that baseball players dream about being a part of and our Eagles 8U Traveling
Team lived it. They came from behind 6 runs to nothing, to a Walk Off victory bringing home the Gold Rings! These kids
played with heart and never gave up! Thank you to all for the support, the coaching staff, parents and all the people back
