The second incident of indecency with a child over the last week was reported on Monday. This particular incident may have occurred in a school of the Eagle Pass Independent School District.
According to a press release by the EPPD, Public Information Officer Humberto O. Garza stated that he received the report by the lead officer at the high school located on 265 Foster-Maldonado Boulevard of an alleged indecency with a child which was reported to the Eagle Pass Police Department.
An investigation into this matter has been initiated by the Eagle Pass Police Department and information will be disseminated as it becomes available.
According to Melissa Gratkowski, Public Information Officer for the EPISD, the incident was reported directly to city police and they do not have any further information at this time.
