County Commissioner of Precinct 3 Jose Luis Rosales will make his next appearance before US District Judge for the Western District of Texas Alia Moses on October 13th at a 9:00 AM docket call/rearraignment at the federal court house in Del Rio.
Rosales is accused of receipt of a bribe by an agent of an organization receiving federal funds and remains out on bond pending either a trial by jury or a plea which may or may not come on this day.
He is being represented by Rogelio Martin Muñoz of Uvalde and the prosecutor for the United States is Katherine Griffin.
