A tractor trailer somehow overturned on the intersection of Highway 277 South and Loop 480 in Maverick County at approximately 2:00 PM on Thursday. According to Lieutenant Robert De Leon, as of 2:58 PM, there had been no report whatsoever of any injuries or other individuals involved in the accident and traffic to Carrizo Springs was said to be closed and would remain closed for several hours due to the rollover. The pictures show the severity and complete overturning of the 18-wheeler completely across the roadway. Motorists were asked to take an alternate route through El Indio if they positively need to travel through Dimmit County.
