The complainant informed officers his maroon in color Ford Crown Victoria had been taken without his consent from in front of his residence by an unknown person. The vehicle was entered into the police department computer system as a stolen vehicle. A short time later, officers investigating a possible burglary in progress on Williams Street located a vehicle matching the description improperly parked and abandoned. The vehicle was confirmed to be the stolen vehicle from Roosevelt Street and was recovered. There are no suspects at this time and the Auto Theft Division of the Eagle Pass Police Department will be investigating this incident.
