"I first want to say thank you to our customers who entrust us with their vehicles and trust us to handle the service and parts sales, and believe me, we need both of them," stated Werner Johnson, General Manager of Ancira Eagle Pass, "Our staff is well trained with over 50 years of combined experience.  We have two Senior Master Techs that take care of all of our cars and train our staff.  Whether it's 110 degrees or 30-40 degree weather, they're out here turning the wrench."

      Her staff which includes Shop Foreman Marcos Sosa, Master Technicians Larry Garza, Heriberto Torres, Lube Technician, Juan Borrego, Ernesto De La Torre, Service Advisors Marisol Cuevas, Juan Hernandez, Rick Cisneros and Parts Manager Dolly Flores were on hand to accept the  Overall Service Satisfaction Award. "The Service Experience Index rates a dealership on six questions or criteria, each with its own weight and this month Ancira Eagle Pass came out on top with a 95% overall score," concluded Heaney, "The criteria hinges on these six questions which range from length of time of completion, overall service satisfaction, service advisor ranking, fixed right the first time among others on the survey."

Ancira Eagle Pass beat out every metro dealer in and around San Antonio and outlying areas such as Devine, Boerne, New Braunfels, Kerville, Del Rio and all of the metro stores within San Antonio. On behalf of Ancira we want to congratulate our team keep up the great work!
