On March 14, 2015, Khloé Alexandra Ruiz (Age: 3) valiantly competed for the first time in the City of Eagle Pass’ Beauty Pageant located at the International Center for Trade. Khloé captured the hearts of the audience and judges with her graceful dancing, radiant smile and enough blown kisses to go around the room twice, earn- ing herself the title of Little Miss International Friendship Festival 2015. Khloé is the daughter of proud parents Isaak and Zaida Ruiz and the little sister of Zaida Jr. On behalf of Khloé, her parents would like to thank her family, friends and sponsors who attended the event in support of this beautiful and talented little girl.
