Over 575 attended Tuesday's Cowboy Breakfast according to Chamber of Commerce Director Sandra Martinez. People kept coming in until the food actually ran out, a good sign that numbers will be surpassed in every aspect of the show. Martinez had the following to add in reference to the event," The Eagle Pass Chamber of Commerce is very happy to support the association because they show our youth to become responsible, centered citizens. The event creates a positive economic impact on Eagle Pass because this show does bring people from surrounding communities through the weekend."
