Básicamente en que el acuerdo se sitúa en este punto es que el consejo aceptó la carta de intención para vender la propiedad ubicada en 744 Bibb St. Carthage Unidad Place 1, que son 0.096 hectáreas para una organización con el nombre de Centro Cristiano Internacional que es representado por Stewart Title.
MCHD to sell Bibb St. Property for $387,000.00
The Maverick County Hospital District Board of Directors voted unanimously to sell the Bibb Street property which formally housed the offices of Precinct 1 at face value which was set at $387,000.00.
Board Chairman Juan Manuel Farias basically welcomed all gathered to this meeting before clearing the room for an hour and twenty minutes before reconvening and voting to approve the sale of the property to a church group based out of San Antonio.
As of press time, the bids which were sealed were opened and only one bid was turned in for the property which is at the corner of El Indio Highway and Bibb Street.
