Maverick County Judge David Saucedo informed The News Gram of good news for county coffers as they will be getting approximately $21, 000.00 back from the state for the low indices of workman's comp cases among other efficiency criteria such as on the job accidents, accidents involving county vehicles.
Judge Saucedo attended a meeting in Dallas and was given the good news at a meeting with state employment officials.
He credits the fine work of Road & Bridge Director Ernesto Guevara and his staff who insure that all county employees follow strict rules and regulations with respect to their jobs and the way they handle county equipment.
