Armed assault at local gaming store mobilizes

A lone male subject went in to a local gaming establishment at a strip mall on Bibb Ave. attempted to tie up a female clerk at the store at knife point who managed to escape from her assailant and proceeded to exit the establishment through the rear of the store before alerting authorities.
The incident mobilized the entire Eagle Pass Police Force as units were dispatched immediately and could be seen in and around the Main Street area sirens wailing and lights flashing in motorcycle units, their department issued Tahoes, unmarked units and even a helicopter were all attempting to locate the felon who was described as a young male dressed entirely in black, black pants, black jacket and a black hat according to Sergeant Orlando Escareño.
Police will surely check surveillance cameras inside The Game Stop in order to try to get a clearer look at the individual who according to authorities exited the front of the store on foot and officers were urged to proceed with caution as the assailant was armed and dangerous.
As of press time, the individual had not been apprehended.
