Upon arrival, deputies made contact with Doctors who stated that a 10 month old male toddler was transported by Eagle Pass EMS with no vitals. 

Doctors further stated that they then revived toddler and was treated. Deputies then made contact with the mother of the toddler by bed #12 who stated that she was inside of her residence with all her children. She further stated that she was helping her 6 year old daughter with homework and was also setting up bath tub for her 1 year old son. She stated that she the noticed her 10 month toddler missing from the room and found him in the bathroom with his head inside the water of the bath tub. She then called Eagle Pass EMS to said location in which EMS arrived and started to perform CPR on the male toddler. The toddler was transported by Airlife to Christus Santa Rosa Children's Hospital at San Antonio, Texas for further medical treatment and is currently in stable condition. Deputies have notified Child Protective Services and advised them of the situation. Case is under investigation.
