This is the type of economic explosion which communities such as Carrizo Springs and Crystal City have been dealing with and the question looms if their infrastructure was ready for the growing pains it steals deals with to this day.
Project Manager Jason Clark was gracious enough to provide us a copy of workshop literature which outlined the various themes ranging from people and culture, health care, changing people's attitudes, physical safety and infrastructure.
Mario Neira, a Business Economics Research Associate, informed The News Gram that the fourth workshop entitled "Synthesis" which in fact will tie all of the first three workshops together, will be held on October 10th from 11:00 A.M.-3:00 P.M. at the Sul Ross State University/Rio Grande College Conference Room, articulated the basis of the fourth installment of the program, "This is an interesting phase of the program because this is where projects begin to start to develop based on grant opportunities as well as a business analysis to see if the projects are feasible."
