El superintendente de EPISD, Samuel Mijares, se dirigió al público con una declaración oficial.

"Las clases de EPISD se cancelarán para TODO el personal y los estudiantes el viernes 10 de enero debido al mal tiempo. El Distrito operará bajo el protocolo de nivel 3 para mal tiempo", dijo Mijares.

Nivel 3:

TODO el personal y los estudiantes de EPISD no se presentan a la escuela ni al trabajo.

EPISD les pide a todos que se mantengan seguros y tengan cuidado si están en la carretera.

Las operaciones regulares se reanudarán el lunes 13 de enero.

EPISD Cancels Classes Due to Inclement Weather

The Eagle Pass Independent School District on Thursday evening announced that all EPISD classes would be cancelled on Friday due to inclement weather.

EPISD Superintendent Samuel Mijares addressed the public with an official statement.

"Classes for EPISD will be cancelled for ALL staff and students on Friday, January 10th due to Inclement of Weather. The District will operate under Level 3 Inclement Weather protocol,” said Mijares .

Level 3:

ALL EPISD staff and students do not report to school or work.

EPISD is asking for everyone to remain safe and exercise caution if on the road.

Regular operations will resume on Monday, January 13th.
