The Support Hub donated 250 books to the Eagle Pass Public Library, most of which are for mental health care and other subjects. The donated books have different categories including novels and all other subject matters, fiction and non-fiction. The donation's value is close to $5,000.

Those books have been added to the Library's catalogue and can now be checked out by library patrons.

"We're excited to continue this partnership with the Eagle Pass Public library where we provide support to our local teens" said Support Hub Coordinator Liliana Moncada.

Eagle Pass Library Director Chris Olivas thanked the Support Hub for the donation and affirmed the organizational partnership that has been formed with the Support Hub, Maverick County Hospital District and Healing Hearts.

The Teen Support Hub organization recognizes the importance of providing a support system for local teens as a crucial aspect of healthy living.

This is especially true when it comes to adolescents who are going through a climactic time in development in terms of daily habits, balanced mental health, decision-making, and social skills.

The Support Hub provides supportive services for local teens at the Eagle Pass Public Library. Teens can attend the organization's monthly meetings and find information at the PO public library or different news organizations in the community.

The Support Hub offers a nurturing environment for local youth. Here, they gain invaluable coping mechanisms and mental health preservation strategies, fostering growth and resilience.
