El trágico accidente ocurrió en un área a lo largo del Loop 480 cuando un camión de 28 ruedas se salió de la carretera y cayó en picado a un área de canal cerca de la intersección de El Indio Highway y Loop 480.

Personal del Cuerpo de Bomberos acudió al lugar y lamentablemente comprobaron que el conductor del camión había fallecido a consecuencia del accidente.

El Departamento de Seguridad Pública de Texas está investigando el mortal accidente.

Truck Driver Dies after accident along Loop 480

The Eagle Pass Fire Department on Wednesday afternoon responded to a semi truck accident involving onecl fatality reported Fire Chief Manuel Mello. 

The tragic accident occurred in an area along Loop 480 when a 28 wheeler truck ran off the road and plummeted down to a canal area near the El Indio Highway and Loop 480 intersection.  

Fire Department personnel were summoned to the scene and unfortunately found the driver of the truck had died as a result of the accident. 

The Texas Department of Public Safety is investigating the deadly accident.
