Lara, que ha sido empleado de EPWWS, perdió trágicamente la vida en un accidente por ahogamiento mientras trabajaba en la planta principal de tratamiento de aguas residuales ubicada en Jefferson St. el miércoles 21 de diciembre.

El funeral se llevará a cabo en Yeager Barrera Mortuary comenzando con una vigilia el martes 27 de diciembre. Su entierro está programado para las 12:00 pm del miércoles 28 de diciembre.

Lara nació y creció en Eagle Pass y se graduó de CC Winn High School.

Rudy Lara's Funeral To Be Held on Wednesday 

The Funeral for Eagle Pass Waterworks System employee Rudy Lara is scheduled to take place this week.

Lara, who has been employed with EPWWS tragically lost his life in a drowning accident while working at the Main Waste Water Treatment Plant located at Jefferson St. on Wednesday, December 21.

The funeral will be held at Yeager Barrera Mortuary starting with a vigil on Tuesday, December 27. His burial is scheduled for 12:00 pm on Wednesday, December 28.

Lara was born and raised in Eagle Pass and a graduate of CC Winn High School.
