El evento, que se llevó a cabo en el Centro de Comercio Internacional de la Ciudad de Eagle Pass, contó con la presencia de un gran grupo de mujeres que estuvieron atentas al escuchar a los tres panelistas.

Stephany Valdez es propietaria de Smart Energy Solutions y agente de State Farm. La Sra. Valdez habló sobre cómo se convirtió en una agente exitosa y motivó a los asistentes a establecer metas y nunca dejar de seguir adelante.

El movimiento de empoderamiento de la mujer local ha estado en marcha durante varios años y es una unión positiva de mujeres locales de todos los ámbitos de la vida que se reúnen para motivarse unas a otras y escuchar a mujeres exitosas en empresas comerciales.

Women's Empowerment Seminar Held

The Women Empowerment Seminar, hosted by the Southwest Texas Border Development Center Network, held last week was a great success.

The event was highlighted by guest panelist Stephany Valdez, Catherine Castañeda, and Sandra Ruiz.

The event, held at the City of Eagle Pass International Trade Center, was attended by a large group of women who were attentive in hearing out all three panelist.

Stephany Valdez is owner of Smart Energy Solutions and a State Farm Agent. Mrs. Valdez spoke about how she became a successful agent and motivated those in attendance to set goals and never stop moving forward.

The local Women's Empowerment movement has been going on for several years and is a positive union of local women from all walks of life who gather to motivate one another and hear from successful women in business ventures.
