UMC Promoting its Breast & Cervical Cancer Services Program

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and United Medical Centers is announcing its new Breast & Cervical Cancer program services.

UMC Chief Executive Officer William Worrell details the new program services which allows for individuals to get checked for Breast Cancer.

To apply for these services you can stop by at the Veterans Blvd Clinic located at 2525 N Veterans Blvd.

You can also call (830)872-3460 or (830)773-5358 ext 260, ask for Patty Munoz.

You can also apply at the El Indio Highway Clinic located at 4018 El Indio Highway with BCCS Coordinator Evelyn Rodriguez.

During the month of October, United Medical Centers is observing Breast Cancer Awareness and will be hosting a screening and information event.

The Breast Cancer Awareness Month Health Fair event will be held on October 22, 2021, at the San Juan Plaza from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm.

"We invite the entire Community to join us during this very important event," stated Worrell.
