Al llegar a la escena, se hizo contacto con un conductor de una camioneta Maroon y una conductora de una camioneta Dodge negra y su hijo pequeño, que fue golpeada por detrás.
Los testigos afirman que numerosas personas que se cree que son inmigrantes indocumentados salieron del vehículo Maroon y corrieron hacia un vecindario cercano.

Después de una búsqueda exhaustiva, varias personas fueron detenidas y entregadas a la Patrulla Fronteriza Los paramedicos del Departamento de Bomberos brindó atención médica a al menos tres personas, incluido al conductor del los ilegales y un niño, que fueron transportados a la Sala de Emergencias de los Centros Médicos Regionales de Fort Duncan para un tratamiento adicionales.

Vehicle Carrying Undocumented Immigrants Crashes On Main St after Fleeing from Authorities
Eagle Pass Police Chief Alejandro Guedea reported that a law enforcement pursuit ended near the 2400 block of Main St. when a Maroon SUV that had led DPS Troopers and United States Border Patrol on a high speed chase crashed into a black Dodge truck.
Law Enforcement Authorities and the Eagle Pass Fire Department responded to scene on Monday, September 6, at around 3:40 pm when a major MVA was called in by state authorities.
Upon arriving at the scene contact was made with a male driver of a Maroon SUV and a female driver of a black Dodge Truck and her young child who were hit from behind.
Witnesses state that numerous individuals believed to be undocumented immigrants got out of the Maroon vehicle and ran towards a neighborhood area nearby.
Multiple agencies began a search in the area to attempt in apprehending the fleeing individuals. After a thorough search, several individuals were detained and turned over to the United States Border Patrol.
The Eagle Pass Fire Department EMS personnel provided medical attention to at least three individuals including a child who were transported to the Fort Duncan Regional Medical Centers Emergency Room for further evaluation and treatment.
Authorities including the Texas Department of Public Safety, Maverick County Sheriff Department and Eagle Pass Police Department continue investigating this case.
