Evacúan la escuela Juan N. Seguin por fuga de gas

Las autoridades evacuaron a muchos residentes, incluido el personal del concilio, debido a una fuga de gas en el área el lunes 17 de agosto de 2021. 

Alrededor de las 4:10 pm, las autoridades, incluida la Policía de Eagle Pass y el Departamento de Bomberos, respondieron a una llamada de emergencia que informaba de una posible fuga de gas en la cuadra 100 de Monroe St.

Al llegar al lugar, las autoridades comenzaron a bloquear el área y evacuaron a los residentes, incluidos todos en el concilio, debido a una fuga de gas natural.

La fuga de gas ocurrió en la Escuela Primaria Juan N. Seguin.

El Departamento de Bomberos de Eagle Pass y la Compañía de Gas Natural del Estado de Texas trabajaron en el problema durante aproximadamente una hora hasta que se solucionó.

 

City Hall Evacuated Due to Gas Leak at Juan N. Seguin Elementary School

 

Authorities evacuated many residents including personnel from City Hall due to a gas leak in the area on Monday, August 17, 2021.

At around 4:10 pm authorities including the Eagle Pass Police and Fire Department responded to an emergency call reporting a possible gas leak in the 100 block on Monroe St.

Upon arriving at the scene, authorities began to block off the area and evacuated residents including everyone at City Hall due to the a natural gas leak.

The gas leak occurred at the Juan N. Seguin Elementary School.

 The Eagle Pass Fire Department and Texas State Natural Gas Company worked on the issue for about an hour until the problem was fixed.
