Port of Entry looking to accommodate Student Traffic due to Start of Classes

Eagle Pass CBP Port Director Paul Del Rincon announced that due to the heavy congestion of individuals crossing into the United States in relation to the beginning of the new school year they will be implementing measures to agilize the process.

That will include the opening of two Sentri lanes. They will also add personnel to revise documentation of those looking to cross.

Last week, the Eagle Pass Port of Entry announced that parents who have children coming to school in the United States could cross to drop off their kids.

This can only be done with the proper permits. As for now, long lines can be seen at the Eagle Pass Port of Entries as students are crossing into the country looking to get educated.
