Maverick County is to receive close to $12 million dollars in assistance as part of the American Rescue Plan Act. 

Funding from that assistance allotment is currently now available.

To apply you can pick up an application at the second floor of the Workforce Solutions building located at 1200 Ferry St.

The following information is collected to determine if the applicant is eligible to receive a business grant through the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. Grants are awarded on a first-come; first-serve basis. All information must be completed to be eligible and processed. Applications will not be deemed submitted until all documentation is compiled in full.

APPLICANT CHECKLIST FOR INDIVIDUALS

Application, Proof of Annual Gross Income, Income Tax Return Statement, or Income Tax Transcript, Proof of Financial Loss of at least 15% DUE TO COVID-19 ,  2019 and 2020-Income Tax Return Statement, or  2019- and 2020-Income Tax Return Transcript Proof of Financial Loss of at least 15% DUE TO COVID-19 (Affected 2021), Employment Verification Letter, or  Bank statements, or Paycheck stubs, or Unemployment benefits pay summary, Proof of Financial Loss due to COVID-19 related death,  Document that reflects the loss of income or Death Certificate, Proof of Age, Birth Certificate, or  Identification Card, Proof of Address, Utility Bill, or  Identification Card, or Lease Agreement with all the Tenants Listed, or School Report Card with Address (For Children), W-9 Form. 

APPLICANT CHECKLIST FOR BUSINESS

Application, Proof of Financial Loss of at least 15%,  Income Tax Return Statements from 2019 & 2020.

Businesses whose loss of income of at least 15% is not demonstrated on their Income Tax Return Statements can demonstrate through the following documents: Sales Use Tax Statements, or Bank Account Statements 

Proof of Payroll Increase, W-2, W-9 Form.
