The Eagle Pass Police Department arrested
29-year-old Jose Luis de los Santos on charges of armed robbery on Wednesday, July 14.
Eagle Pass Police officials reported that De Los Santos had robbed his own brother using a knife during the incident.
De Los Santos was arrested days later in an area along Bibb Street.
He now faces felony charges and is at the Tom Bowles Detention Center going through the legal process.
