Al llegar a la escena, el personal del Departamento de Bomberos actuó rápidamente para apagar el fuego que amenazaba con incendiar también una casa móvil.

El fuego se apagó en cuestión de minutos y se evitó la amenaza de que se extendiera a la casa móvil.

Afortunadamente, nadie resultó herido en este incidente.

El Departamento de Bomberos de Eagle Pass está investigando la causa de este incendio para ver si fue intencional.

Vehicle catches fire early monday morning

The Eagle Pass Fire Department and Maverick County Sheriff Department responded to the 2900 block of Rodriguez St. where a vehicle was reported to have caught on fire at around 8:15 am on Monday morning.

Upon arriving at the scene, Fire Department personnel quickly acted to turn off the blaze which was threatening to catch a mobile home on fire as well.

The fire was turned off within minutes and the threat of it spreading onto the mobile home was averted.

Luckily no one was hurt in this incident.

The Eagle Pass Fire Department is investigating the cause of this fire.
