Jose Luis Aguilar, who is also under federal custody for the same charges will also likely plead at the hearing before Judge Moses as well. His counsel is also Evelyn McNamara.
Juan Carlos Moncada, who is facing charges of fraud by wire and converts to own property of another theft concerning programs receiving federal funds, will also be present at the hearing. Moncada however, was allowed to post bail and is free on bond at this time. He is being represented by James G. Nowlin.
