El evento se llevó a cabo durante la semana pasada bajo estrictas pautas de Covid-19 y culminó con la subasta de 2021 y la venta de más de 175 animales en el Zan Mathies Showbarn el sábado 23 de enero.
El evento contó con muchos compradores que participaron en persona o en línea en un esfuerzo por ayudar y apoyar a los niños pequeños que pusieron mucho trabajo y esfuerzo en sus exhibiciones de este año.
Durante el evento, las organizaciones de MCJLS honraron al subastador Oscar San Miguel por sus contribuciones a la organización.
También dedicaron el programa de 2021 a Frank Junfin y su familia por su apoyo durante los últimos años.
La familia Junfin es propietaria y opera el Insectario Kunafin en Quemado que produce y distribuye insectos beneficiosos para la industria agrícola en todo el país e internacionalmente.
Próximamente se publicará una lista de los compradores y ganadores de este año.
2021 MCJLS a Great Success
Through so many adversities due to the Covid-19 pandemic the Maverick County Junior Livestock Show and Event was a great success.
The event took place throughout last week under strict Covid-19 guidelines and culminated with the 2021 auction and sale of over 175 animals at the Zan Mathies Showbarn on Saturday, January 23.
The event had plenty of buyers participating either in person or online in an effort to help and support the young kids who put in a lot of hard work and effort with their exhibitions for this year.
During the event the MCJLS organizations honored auctioneer Oscar San Miguel for his contributions to the organization.
They also dedicated the 2021 show to Frank Junfin and his family for their support over the past several years
The Junfin family owns and operates the Kunafin Insectary in Quemado which produces and distributes beneficial insects to the agricultural industry throughout the country and internationally.
