The individual who is believed to be around 45 years old was spotted by a group of teens who were in the area.
The Eagle Pass Police and Fire Department were summoned to the scene, and it was determined that the individual was deceased.
The area was quartened off and a local funeral home was called to retrieve the individual.
A Justice of the Peace ordered an autopsy to determine the man's cause of death.

The Eagle Pass Police Department reported the death of a male individual who was found in an area under the Garrison St. overpass.
