Los informes preliminares muestran que el accidente ocurrió alrededor de la 1:00 pm cuando un remolque que viajaba por el Loop 480 se volcó en la acera antes de ingresar al puerto de entrada.

El camión transportaba un cargamento de tubos de metal que contribuyeron al accidente. Afortunadamente, nadie resultó herido en el accidente.

El servicio de auxilio de Cantú fue convocado al lugar para ayudar a mover los restos de la calle.

18 wheeler headed to bridge 2 overturns

The Eagle Pass Police Department and Fire Department responded to a vehicle rollover accident near International Bridge No. 2 involving an 18 wheeler truck carrying metal pipes into Mexico on Wednesday.

Preliminary reports show that the accident occurred at around 1:00 pm when a trailer traveling on Loop 480 overturned at the curb before driving into the Port of Entry.

The Truck was carrying a shipment of metal pipes which contributed to the accident.

Luckily, no one was injured in the accident.

Cantu's Wrecker Service was summoned to the scene to assist in moving the wreckage off the street.
